Many people are concerned about the current scare of getting the swine flu.  This virus has already killed many in Mexico as it has spread easily from human to human. When our bodies do not get enough sleep, your immune system will not operate at full capacity. Eat Healthy Foods and Avoid Sugar.
Nutritious food plays a big part in keeping your cells healthy. Food not only gives you energy, but the nutrients are essential for a healthy body.
Sugar has no nutritious value at all, and actually harms your health. Your body is challenged in fighting germs with even a small amount of sugar.  Sugar has been shown to impair white blood cells greatly.
