Having  experienced the effects of insomnia I am well aware of how it can change your life.

Each night you hope you can get a good nights sleep to relieve some of the tiredness you feel but you can’t sleep properly and you feel even more tired the next day.

The effect of this regular lack of proper rest is that energy and determination is completely absent from your life. It could happen that people comment on your quick temper and lack of patience which can lead to problems with family life and damaging your relationship.

The effects of lack of sleep lead to a complete lack of energy and makes you less efficient and less productive at work.You may put your job at risk thanks to your inability to correctly carry out your duties.

Without a doubt the lack of sleep make daily life problematic for people who experience it’s effects. Nobody is helped by the fact that the rest of the world think it is just like having one bad night of sleep.

Most people will have experienced what it is like when they have a sleepless nights and they will feel a bit rough the next day.
